My Perfect Time Management

Today, as a person who positions herself as a spiritual mentor, I cannot but touch upon the topic of time management. Of course, you need to get up at 5 am, keep a to-do list, do all the most difficult and necessary things in the morning, write down every minute, analyze in the evening. Well, what else can I say … It’s all garbage.

The last time I got up on a plane was at 9 am, and it’s easier for me not to go to bed. I eat when I want, I get up when I want, I work when I want, I talk to whoever I want, I read and listen to only what I want. This time management is not for me. I also have a watch so that the previews of messages are shown when the phone far away to take out. So you can immediately see whether the letter is worthy of getting the phone or spam has come again. Recently, these are only messages from the card. So far I have abstracted from everyone.

In addition to hours for previewing messages, I advise you to do easy shit right away, otherwise you will forget. And do not be stupid to start something (do not postpone anything easy), do not think about everything in general, otherwise the most is often scary. Look point by point in order, break this one big thing into many small ones in your head and start doing them one by one, step by step. The human brain always goes in everything according to the least resistance. Therefore, unfortunately, you need to force yourself to do something. Without this, nothing will work. Really Simple. Just take it and do it, as Patrick from Spongebob said. Don’t throw something incomplete and don’t do everything at the same time.

Don’t hesitate, just follow it, it really helps.
